I worked all day, got picked up by a bunch of bancheez...that being my daughter, granddaughter, and two grandsons. They were so funny. They tried to sneak up on me while I was working. Did a pretty good job of it too. They hid behind bolts of fabric and stared at me until I realized they were there!
We shopped a little bit while still at Jo-Ann's then they drove me home. By the time we got there, Dan had gotten back from Chicago (taking Daniel and Laina to the airport).
We aren't sure what happened at the house - we believe Brian got the drywall ready to paint. We are anxious to get out there tomorrow and see it and then get started priming, painting, and whatever else Dan decides to do. I know what I'll be doing - priming and painting!
After dinner, Dan and I went up to Lowe's to check prices on carpet. We ended up looking at not just carpet but tile, appliances, countertops...we have a lot to get yet so we are constantly checking prices and comparing....trying to find the best deal out there. We check Craigslist and other sites frequently.

For fun, here are some pictures from last night when Kayla was getting her hair cut.
Then tonight, while the parental units were packing and getting everything ready for their camping trip (which they are leaving on tomorrow morning) Kayla dressed Levi up.
Those two are something else together!
Well, sounds like they are all tucked in now. 'Bout time to tuck myself in. Need to get an early start tomorrow.
