You have to see for yourself!
I took from several different angles, so you should be able to get a good idea of what the room looks like.
Dan originally wanted to get one coat of mud on those walls before leaving, but he was too tired by the time he got it all up to bother with busting the drywall compound out!
Mindi was at the house before Dan got there this morning. She stayed and helped hang the drywall all day.
Hank arrived in the afternoon and helped the rest of the day also.
Evidently, before any drywall went up, Dan and Mindi put up backer board in the kitchen where the cabinets will be hung.
We left the house, drove back to Gina's, ordered a pizza and ate about 9:00 p.m. (I hate eating that late!)
Tomorrow, we will mud the kitchen walls, work on some duct work, maybe put the pan in the master bathroom shower.....who knows what fun awaits!
I actually want to clean out the hallway upstairs. There are a bunch of boards laying in the hallway. Then I'd like to sweep the guest bathroom floor. It still has plaster on the floor! That way it will be ready for the next step when we get to it.
First I have to do a few errands. One has to do with a family surprise. I will be able to tell you about it in a few weeks....all quite exciting!
Kayla has invited me to play a card game...think I'll squeeze it in before heading off to bed!
Here's Levi before bedtime.
Making faces
Have a good night!
All I can say is WOW!! Good job Conklins!
