We'll do business first:
Dan took pictures today - he is very proud of himself!
Whitson Insulation was here today and finished the blowing in of insulation in our attic.
Note the walls in the stairway....almost ready to paint!
Then he repaired and rebuilt the steps going into the basement. I think they must have been the original steps because they were worn down into deep indentations where feet would have stepped time after time after time.
He put another coat of mud on the wall in the stairway. All he needs to do now is sand it and I can paint. The upper part - well, that's another story. We have to move the boxes and then he can tape and mud that part.
After dinner, I got this picture from Mindi and Jazmyn.

Doesn't that look awesome!?!
I asked when I'd be able to eat it.
Mindi replied, "The next time you are here to watch the kids for the night."

After work, before I came home, I went to Ada Bible Church. Marie attends there and tonight and tomorrow night is their Ladies Christmas Tea. Ladies sign up to host a table. That means they decorate the table and invite women to sit with them. They meet at 6:30 to walk around and look at the tables that have been decorated, at 7:00 they start with some Christmas carols, have food together and listen to a speaker.
They tables were gorgeous. I took pictures with my phone so I could show you some of them.

Marie's penguin table!

Well, I had about 25 pictures taken, but when we sent them to my email address it did something to them and it now says they are corrupted. I wouldn't want you to see corrupt pictures!
Plus, by now you probably have a kink in your neck just trying to see them. Sorry they are sideways. I can't find a way to turn them for you!
Well, my fingers are killing me. On my right hand I have 3 fingers that have split from being dry. Cutting fabric and handling cardboard all day doesn't help!
I have taken cuticle oil and hand lotion every day and put it on at each of my breaks and lunch, but they are still not healed up.
I'm whining, I know!
Gonna go now. I have to get ready for tomorrow. After work I go to Gina's and cut pine branches for my dining room chandelier. I'm going to decorate it and want to use fresh pine. Won't that smell good?
Then I have to get ready at her house for the tea at Ada Bible.
Gotta figure out what to wear and pack it.
Sounds fun, doesn't it?
