First things first, today I got up and made breakfast for Hilma and made her lunch, then sent her off to the salt mines. Now I am doing this blog for the first time to give her a break so she can sew Christmas presents for everyone on her list, you know those adorable little grandkids of ours.
Today I continued mudding the stairway, oh what fun I had. Then off to Menards for my daily trip to pick up some transition strips for the flooring (wood floor to tile, wood floor to carpet, etc.)pictures to follow tomorrow.
Tomorrow the stairway should be in shape to prime and paint. Then hopefully I can finish the trim in the kitchen and hook up the rest of the accent lighting on top of the cabinets. Sorry no pictures today, the photographer was off duty.
While I sewed, Dan typed this, then he told me I could embellish or change it in any way I chose.
The only change I made was in the second paragraph the second sentence.
He said his "weekly trip to Menards". I changed it to daily!!
Well, I'll be home tomorrow so we'll take pictures of what we do....I'm back to the sewing machine.
