Worst thing that happened was during work today. I took something off the bulletin board at work and when I did I knocked some papers onto the floor. I bent down to pick them up and when I came back up I caught my head on the paper towel dispenser. I didn't just bump it, I whacked it but good. I saw stars! No blood, good thing, but man it hurt like you wouldn't believe!
Dan got up at 4:30 and left to go hunting. He saw a couple deer, but didn't shoot at anything.
One of the guys at church is letting him use his deer stand. He works mornings so he's letting Dan use it in the morning, then when he gets off work, he goes in the afternoon.
He'll be back at it tomorrow.
When I got home from work the house smelled wonderful. Dan had put meatloaf together and it was baking. He has evolved in his cooking....in a good way ;-)
He puts all kinds of stuff in meatloaf from carrots to dressing. Makes it quite savory!
I'm excited about this coming weekend. Our only son is getting married. We get a new daughter! Yeah!
We did nothing on the house today. Dan figured he was going to take a full day off - he got a good lecture (so did I) while my mom was here over the weekend. So, there, Mother, we took a full day off of working on the house and he will again tomorrow probably.
